    A friend of mine decided to broadcast existing FM station over internet. Main question is:

    * what software to use
    * what DSP to use on output

    In his studio he uses Jazzler but seem's there is some trouble with broadcasting so he currently broadcast with Sam Broadcast @ 96kpbs.

    Does anyone has some experience with this ? But, truly, only the ones with experience.

    Shoutcast DSP + Shoutcast DNAS - option 1 (not my favourite)
    edcast (foobar) + iCecast2 - option 2 - flac/ogg support, bit accurate stream *yes*

    If you are on a mac, you can use Nicecast, it works very well and stable!

    I have used this for a setup for a friend. http://www.zarastudio.es/en/

    There is a free older version on the site to try.
