    Hi to everybody,
recently have been posted on sister site many useful apps in the IOS section to make music with IPad (synths and other stuff).
I own an IPad Air 2 with IOS 15 and don't want to jailbreak the device.
Is there any simple (more or less) way to install apps in my situation? I tried with apps like Wondershare TunesGo but no luck. I have heard of "side install" (maybe via browser) but I'm not expert about this.
    Thanks.

I have the same problem as yours :
I've downloaded Ableton Note v1.1.3 for iPhone/iPad from Sister Site with my Windows 10 Laptop.
I managed to install the application on my iPad 9 (OS 17.5.1) using Sideloadly on my Windows laptop and with the help of this excellent tutorial here :
    https://www.youtube.com/embed/iVCDjyopxVA

I followed the instructions carefully and Ableton Note installed correctly (according to Sideloadly and my iPad).
But when I try to launch the application a black window opens briefly and then nothing.
I tried with another application downloaded from Sister Site (Koala Sampler) but it does the same thing : Apparently, the application is installed but it does not launch :dunno:

    Same here!
I have an 10.9-inch iPad Air Wi-Fi 5th Gen (2022) that I would love to use to start ideas with those Synth apps and even open them in a DAW like FL Studio Mobile if possible.

I saw the same videos on YouTube about sideloading apps but they look mad sketchy. I'm wondering if there are kind experts/users that would love to help us with this and share their experience. I've seen people using Pro-Q in Logic Pro with their iPad and it's pretty cool!

Thank you @Lou Ulfark and @payasito for sharing your experiences. I didn't know Sideloadly and I'd like to know if it is safe to use.
I suppose that these methods require to install ITunes and I don't want this invasive software in the computer. So I will have maybe to reconsider Jailbreak, I have no active warranty (the device has several years). I also hope that some kind users will tell something useful.

    After some research I tried this sideloading method but the apps I wanted to install didn't work because of some weird errors ;
    https://faq.altstore.io/altstore-classic/how-to-install-altstore-windows

After doing the steps above, apparently you need to connect your iOS device in your computer, open iTunes, sync to wifi, turn off your antivirus from your Windows computer and then go to the AltStore in your device and install the .ipa you want (install without extensions)

If anyone succeeded with this method please let us know!

I did not suggest Sideloadly when you first posted this question, because if you read their website it mentions you can keep each app running for 7 days. If that is accurate, it's basically useless to you. Warranty concerns have never mattered when it comes to jailbreaking iOS devices. Those sorts of cautionary notes are included with every single piece of 3rd party software you will ever install. Every jailbreak/privilege escalation method has carried such warnings since the first iphone jailbreaks. Do a little research and find a jailbreak method that you can confirm other users have deployed on your same model device and iOS version. If you screw it up somehow, you can ask those users for help.

I'm using Alt Store too, on ipad and iphone.
Need to refresh apps every 7 days (or pay a dev account).

    You may try too :

I am using Sideloadly with a paid dev account, no jailbreak. Many apps run fine, but I cannot get Note from the sister site to run (crashes immediately). Any advice is most appreciated.
