so i downloaded this one here its an M4L Instruments with Presets

I put the admx File in my User Library Presets-Instrument-Max for Live Instrument
but where i put the Presets ?

I downloaded the pack and the presets didn't show up as well. I put the presets in the folder you mentioned as well but it didn't show up, it should though. I think you can't use the preset because some of the sample is missing and the preset has previous owner file location settings.

Try dragging the preset from you browser straight to the track, you will get "warning" that the instrument (Spectral Attractors) isn't found. Then when you try to locate it, it will popup a message telling a sample is missing and automatically replaced. So, what's the point of using the preset if the sample is replaced ?

 

The problem is that the samples of the presets are missing.
But you it's still useable with yours samples.
But i don't find the samples ?!

You can put the presets wherever you put the device

I don't know if you solved it yet but I have the solution

You obviously don't have the audio samples that are part of the presets because the don't come with the device but what you can do is drag the preset you want into a new midi channel and then you will get an error saying "could not access the Max device file...." then drag the original m4l device into the same channel and the device will be renamed accordingly to the preset that you choose
