how to get opengl 2.1 (t racks tape, ueberschall elastik & nugen fix)

    I upgraded my open gl from 1.1 this fix. plugins look better with this... smoother

    you must download and install WinVista7_64_15173 graphics driver and you will have opengl 2.1

    for some reason pulsar mu still wont work, even tho it requires 2.0

    and the tape plugin will only work in reaper, other daws crash. (probably another issue?)

    if anyone can sprinkle some extra sauce that would be appreciated
