I couldn't get anybody to share with me what the sister site was. Still dont quite understand some of the cloak and dagger is about the whole thing, but then again, it's not like I am experienced at this stuff.

Either way, I know it sounds silly, but I actually do feel triumphant today. I actually ended up with a ton more plug-ins that I had with my previous version of waves mercury.

 

It's not necessarily the best thing in the world to just have more plug-ins, but rather to intimately know the few which are your go-tool tools that help you get the job done quickly and efficiently. How many different compressors does one need to write a good song? If I only had a tube eq emulation I could play like Monk! I won't be able to score that scene unless I have that impulse response from the Cave of Altimira. The conundrum probably most of us go through, the we as children given free reign in Louie's Sweet Shop syndrome, and the only real outcome is we walking out with a sore belly and the beginning stages of caries in our teeth. More is better really isn't. It takes an incredible amount of time and energy and diverts them away from the pursuit of true beauty, channeling the music from the aethers to our plate.

 

Yesterday i deleted my warez as it takes soo much time which id rather use for other things
Good thing is, i know whats out there now as a lot of plugs do not have proper demos.

It is exiting to use the latest billion dollar plugin, at least for a short time it is a new thing.
But im very relieved that i wont waste my time anymore listening through some stupid libraries id never use anyways
