How to create this sine synth.

    I'm loving the sine synth in the beginning of the sample that I linked.

    I'm hearing not just sines, but also squares too.
    I was wondering if there was any alternative vst or a way to emulate this vibe?
    I've tried things with some synths but they all sound like cheap, chiptune sines...
