how to control your feelings

    sometimes i get sad. sometimes i get angry. sometimes i laugh

    how do you cope with negative emotions?

    Marrying a prince doesn't solve these kinds of problems either, ha?

    Joke aside, feeling bad and having negative emotions are normal. It's not wrong, you're fine, we need those feelings too. I was very depressive a couple of months ago. I considered my whole life worthless. After some time, I'm doing a podcast, releasing a new album next week. (Old songs but still new hopes)

    Try to change your environment. If you can, get a little vacation, get some time to think alone. Make new plans. If you can't go on holiday, switch your furnitures places in your room. Start exercising, just change your routine and know that you need some downs in your life. Some trees need to be pruned to grow taller.

    Get to the bottom of things and observe yourself; sometimes we dramatize things far too much and create problems where none exist. It is often our misguided views and overly high expectations that lead to disappointment and frustration.

    The rest is life in the fast lane: moving too quickly, too much information, too little sleep, too little rest, too little physical activity, and a poor diet—especially one with too much sugar. You should read up on the damage sugar can cause.

    I wish you every success in leading a healthy, peaceful, mindful, and contented life.
