Take the main vocal and dulipcate it twice. On the first duplicate pitch the vocal an octave lower (12 semitones down) using a pitch shifting plugin
And for the second duplicate, pitch the vocal an octave high (12 semitones up) and then just blend them slightly with the main vocal.

A few pitch shifting plugins that are good for these applications: LittleAlterBoy / Manipulator / SoundShifter.

Formant shift (+5 semitones) and add Haas effect (delay left channel +20ms) to stereorize. Formant shifters: autotune, little alterboy, PitchMonster, etc.
