    30:17 - 30:19
I think it some kind of comb filter or distortion effect. What you think?

There are so many sounds and layers. Which one are you referring to? The highpassed clicky sounds at exactly 30:15?

    1) Try a single saw wave, played pretty low.
    2) Set up a vocal filter (three bandpass filters) or set up a lowpass and a highpass with some resonance. Set the cutoff frequencies to where it sounds good to you. You can also load a vocal/vowel filter like the phaser (vowel) in Spire, to get a more vocal character.
    3) Add EQ for coloration, pre distortion
    4) run through a saturation or distortion to add some harmonics/overtones.
    5) EQ and filter to taste (corrective). (edit: even insert a notch for movement)
    6) to add width, try a stereo chorus that sounds good. Even a free one like TAL Chorus-LX will do.
    7) For movement:
-->A) experiment with modulting the pitch of the oscillator (or glide/portamento or pitchbend).
-->B) Sweeping a notch filter cutoff (notch inserted maybe before the saturation/distortion).

I updated it a bit. Have fun!

There are many ways to get a similar sound. There could probably be hundreds of suggestions and they would all most likely be similar. It's more about learning what works for you (and learning filters, EQ, distortions, spatial effects, etc while doing it).
