i have recorded a midi part. the assigned vst has its own arp/sequence triggering some extra notes, and it sounds great.

now, how do i render those notes produced by the arp/sequencer inside the vst, how do i "freeze" that midi and make it visible in the timeline as regular midi?

i know i have done this but cant remember how..
    Thanks for any guidance
