Such a problem with the Ample Sound Metal R Bass, the beginning of the song is played on the 3rd fret (this is normal) and when the note reaches B2 Note (yes it's a piano roll) which makes the 5 string bass play lower, then all the other strings play only on the zero fret and not go back to the 3rd fret play. Maybe there are some keyswitches that will allow me to get the style of playing back to the 3rd fret after the zero fret?

Yep, you can force the string (sometimes this is enough, depends of what you need) and also the fret range. With keyswitches and stuff.
