Logic has nothing directly equivalent to Groove agent, but there's stuff you can do to automatically chop up samples so you can trigger them from EXS-24:

If you ctrl-hold on an audio file in the arrangement, there's an option to 'convert to new sampler track' which will chop ur loop and arrange the slices in EXS-24 so you can play them from your keyboard. It will give you an option to slice using regions or transient markers. So before you convert to EXS, double click the sound file to open the sample editor, click the file tab and then the icon to the right of the 'view' menu above the waveform. Auto-detection sometimes works flawlessly here, but more than often you'll have to delete unnecessary slices or add missing ones using the pen tool. Once you're done go back and 'convert to new sampler track'.

It aint Groove Agent but it's the closest we got...
