How would I recreate this crazy screaming sound at @ :31 & 1:54 in this track?

 

1. Sing/Shout "Heeeeeeeeeeeeeyyyyyyyyyy" into your mike a number of times onto different audio tracks into the daw. Dick about with the relative levels/panning perhaps of the ones that sound good together.

2. Group the best takes, then apply eq, compression, saturator/amp sim/distortion on the group bus.

3. Either render and load the output into Kontakt or some another sampler, fix adsr then record/play with a bit of rise/fall performed/automated pitch bend on the sampler into your song arrangement. OR Fire the group output to melodyne and do the pitching etc there.

...is how i would tackle it, though there's probably a more efficient approach.

Sounds like a granularized football crowd singing. Like a long note that is extracted and granulated (and pitch-bent).
Edit: There's also a bit of comb filtering going on.

Besides the time/pitch stretch, they could be using a number of obscure processes,
I'd say there some Phase stuff going on, and god knows what else..

Just for the lols you could always try Paul Stretch..

it's missing auto-tune will be a hit if you can get auto-tune on it
