im not into fruity loops nor s1, but my first idea would be to apply the groove to a bar full of sixteens in fl, export as midi, and let s1 grab the groove of the midi file. maybe its laborious, but better than nothing

You can save your swing and groove as a *. Midi file "and then open the *. Midi files in Studio One!

Maybe I didn't understand you correctly, what are you going to do, maybe a few more words.

 

Create your swinged groove in Fl Studio then export it. Import into Studio One. Use the transients as time markers build your new kit and groove by copying the rhythm of your exported clip. Or export the midi and import it into another drum host.
