How do I create this type of bass sound?

    Sounds like a low, distorted saw wave with LP filter cutoff being modulated by a ramping up saw wave. Then, if I'm not mistaken there's some bitcrushing/downsampling going on.

    The metallic edge to it might be a result of having a bitcrusher after a reverb in the signal chain. If that doesn't do it, try a very very short delay (like a few ms) with the feeback halfway up. That might get you there.

    If I'm wrong, Baxter should be here to save the day sooner or later

    edit: there's some sort of 'stereoizing' going on there too. My ears aren't sharp enough to know what it is offhand. Could just be simple detuning. Could be the delay trick I was talking about. Try that delay trick with it set to ping pong mode.

    second edit: You probably want the LFO'd filter before the bitcrusher. Modulating a filter after a bitcrusher tends to produce some vowely/formanty effects. Which sounds cool in its own right, but it's not part of your sound here

    Or modulate WT Position in Serum (or Massive) for the same effect (quicker).
