    AudioSexers,

I need help transferring my plugins Presets from one plugin format to the same plugin in a different format. Is it clear?
Ok, Let's say I want to transfer my Autotune Evo Presets from RTAS format in Pro Tools to Autotune Evo in AU format in Logic Pro X. Is that possible?
I switched from PT to Logic X and would like move completely. I have a bunch of presets that would take for ever if I want to take screen shots of my plugins to set them up again. At least that's the easiest because if I open Pro Tools and Logic at the same time it would cause some crashes of either one or causes screen and sound glitches.

    thanks in advance

I've never heard about any *magic* tool that does the job! :dunno:
If I'm not wrong RTAS presets come as "tfx" files and AU as "aupresets".

Mr.U-he had explained some details here @

It's unfortunate that there's no easier way than having to do the presets from scratch. It would be nice if there was a global format for such things to make sharing and transferring presets between users and different DAW's and formats easier for everyone.

thanks for your help Kook. and I appreciate it

"Not an easy problem to solve.. basically presets between the plugin formats are not compatible,
you need to build some preset management in to the plug itself."

Yes, I think there's no way around...unless some talented & innovative programmer develops
a special program that does the job, or recognizes the values, positions of faders and knobs
    and adjusts them automatically.
