I've been trying to setup content library for two days. I tried to install it on the d disk and tried it 2 times, but it didnt work, I installed it in the original library section, that is, in the c programdata section, it didnt read there either. How is this library content setup done?

 

Taken from the FLARE.nfo file included with the Library Content:
'Import using our "TEAM FLARE Output Arcade Utility Tool V2"'
....which has to be done for each Library. Have you done that? And never interrupt the Tool while it's busy. It takes a long time for each library, even looks like it's hanging, but it's not.

Have you blocked the 5 addresses to deny Arcade access to WEB?

Where you put the installed libraries doesn't matter as long as you point Arcade to that folder using Arcade's Settings/Content Storage/Move To New Folder to specify the folder.
