How can I recreate this sound?

    I want to recreate this synth. The high pitch lead distorted arpeggiator type synth that starts at 7 seconds... If I am not mistaken I believe its from some kind of Korg keyboard patch. How can I recreate the sound in a DAW with a modern software synth from this era? :)

    sawtooth oscillator, 24dB/oct filter with a high-ish resonance, then move around the cutoff frequency while at the same time modulating it with something (can't tell for sure, it might be a sequencer, sample and hold, keyboard, and/or a combination of those).
