How can I make the weird synth sound in this sample?

    Newer user here,
    I'm wondering if any of you know how I can achieve the bizarre bass/synth noise in this experimental sample. I got it off a cassette and I'm wondering if anyone knows how I can get this exact sound with either VSTs or physical music equipment. Thanks!

    It is just a random filter movements similar to Massives LFO pattern with a reverb and short delay effects layered with some weird lowpitched vocals, plus some eerie ambient drone in the background. You not going to get it exact as it is random or automated movements but you can definitely come close or make a similar sound.
