Hi guys,

I downloaded a plugin from Airwindows called GlitchShifter after seeing it in a YouTube video, but I don’t know how to install it on my PC with Windows 10.

It comes in a .zip with several files. One is GlitchShifter64.dll and the other is 32. I know I’m supposed to put the 64 one in the VST2 folder, but what about the other folders that come in the .zip? There’s one called component and another called .vst.

I’m confused and I’d really appreciate it if someone could help me out.

 

.component is Mac Audio Unit and .vst is Mac VST.

Chris from Airwindows doesn't tend to build VST3s for Windows, those are handled by other folks, but do yourself a favour and get Airwindows Consolidated which contains all of them with built in help and actual controls instead of host UI: https://github.com/baconpaul/airwin2rack/releases/tag/DAWPlugin
