Reinstall operating system on C:, formatting it as you go along. Once you've got an OS on the C: drive format the rest of the drives but not D:.

    1. get usb drive. 8-16GB
    2. download rufus.
    3. create windows 10 image, create bootable usb using rufus, google how to use rufus. youtube easier. watch video how to install windows with rufus.
(i didn't watch the video, only few seconds, but this guy is singing while sharing how to install windows, could be interesting)
    4. install windows.
4a. buy windows activation key (optional)
    5. don't touch your D (or anyone's D :D)

I guess you have Windows. Partitions can be formatted independently from each other. Try to make a bootable USB key with portable OS (Windows or Linux) and from there you can format easily (search for strelec portable win10 and instructions on how to make it).
Try to do a backup of your data, if something goes wrong is difficult to recover it.

Once you have your Windows USB restart your laptop if it doesn't boot up with the USB but goes back into your old windows you have to restart again hitting F12 for the boot menu, here choose boot from USB drive.then all will go fine till you get to the Windows setup, choose your preferences here untill you get to the screen that states INSTALL or UPDATE , choose install at the next screen you will select C: drive then below on the screen select format. then just wait till it installs and just follow the up the installation.
BTW: if you can't select the boot from F12 you might have to go into the BIOS setting to choose boot device priority, just put USB as primaryt boot drive. to get to the main bios it varies by brand so check your manual, or download it from the net " manualslib.com " has an extensive manuals library
I hope this helps, good luck.
