how can i fix this maschine problem?

    Hello, everybody

    Can someone could help me about this,

    I have maschine 2.12.1 (R883) on my PC, with lots of cracked expansion from native instrument.
    Everything work fine, the things who don't work are the sections : "project", "groups" and "sounds"
    When i try to load any stuff from theses sections. i have a message who say :Error Loading (name of the file)" Please activate (name of the file) via Native Access"

    Instrument, effect, loops and one shot are working fine
    i would like to know why it does that and how can i resolve this problem.
