Hi, I'm working on a song right now and it's a pop song, I found this loop but I don't want to use it, it's not that clean. I can't figure out if it's playing a chord or a single note, I've been trying to figure it out for about 1 hour. I don't want to deal with recreating it with Synplant, I would be very grateful if any of you know such sound banks or can tell me that such a sound is in a vst.

    chords are C#m - G#m7

You can automate the cutoff to get the pluck or you can make separate the pluck synth and pad underneath.

decimort + flanger is ur friend

Sounds like they used a vocoder to me..? Maybe one of these VST's can help you emulate that type of sound...
