Updated from FL 2025 to 2026, is there a way to cleanly update to the newest version while retaining my toolbar, settings etc. and deleting the previous version? Both versions came from the same place though will change when I upgrade to the all plugins edition in the future so if it’s as simple as deleting the FL Studio 2025 folder while leaving everything else untouched I want to know in advance.

Don’t care about plugin scan, I’m already planning to rescan all plugins so if it really is faster it’s a bonus to witness this improvement, I might have to do that later tonight.

 

i am on mac using "find any file" app and change the view to view with enclosing folders after type any keyword like "image line, fl studio". but keep with my "image-line" folder in my documents, this my workflow. or just install/ update then delete the old fl studio app that's it.. image line is simple
