LOL yeah all the "producers" on youtube really aggravate me when they call themselves a producer, I'm alwyas like "who do you produce"? and I always get no response haha

 

thats called creating or being an artist... you arent producing anyone. In music you produce people, not tracks, tracks are created.

 

It sounds like he has to go somewhere to make music. Go easy on the little fellow. And not a Logic User, to boot .

I went ahead and listened to some tracks off the album in the OP and I have to say I was thoroughly underwhelmed. But hey, André 3000 did some additional vocal editing in track 1 so what do I know?

So who is responsible for all autotune application? For sure that was the hard part and it's not even mentioned. It's at the very least 90% of the album. That person or people, maybe 15 of them, deserves credit.

 

it's production anyway. if the Artist provides himself the means to create, record, he/she is a producer.
Even more so if they decide where and how to sell and distribute.

 

anyone can call themselves anything they want, the musical bar is set so low now, who cares anymore?

It's like a baby that utters "mama" or "dada" being called Shakespeare (and original)
