Hello,

I have recently purchased the HomePod Mini after holding off since it was announced.

When I set it up I was shocked by the lagginess and slow responsiveness.

It takes all it's time to connect and then is very slow at responding to things like play and pause etc (take a good 5 seconds after I've pressed stop on my phone to stop playing music on the HomePod)

It also plays random music too. Like I will press play on a specific song and it will play a total different song.

Has anyone else had these issues?

 

UPDATE: I am having to return the HomePod Mini as it is basically just a glorified paper weight. It won’t handoff it wont play music, it wont even update

Not worth the money…I expected better from Apple
