    "Import track from project" - nice feature but bad implementation. Ableton's browser more user friendly and you can pre-listen what you're actually importing. Still no macro control. Steinberg, it's almost 2016, it's time.

    I don't care anybody says cubase has always been the most powerful DAW for mixing and for producing I have never used any other day W for years and years and years awesome thanks for the info

    The promo on the steinberg site also talks About Retrologue 2 VSTi ... That'll be the catch I think :wink:

    This ones gonna cost i think, i hope not but normally when its free they kinda point that fact out. i Haven't been on the Steiny forum in a while as i been too busy making music .. with Cubase ;)

    Why all the hype for Cubase over and over again?
    I just don't get it.

    Regarding creativity and sound design, Ableton Live (with Max for Live) will literally blow Cubase away.
    Plus the DJ functions (live performance) in Ableton Live.

    Biggest bug is Areo Glass needing to run. What a waste of my computer resources and also that any adjustment to the mixer can not be undone via undo.

    PS upgrade is 49.95 Updates are free Upgrades are not its christmas time i guess the powers that be need a little extra cash for the holidays

    Some nice updates ...but thats what they are updates this doesn't warrant the title upgrade it should be free will wait for v9
