I wonder if anyone can have any idea what synths (sylenth, massive, spire etc) the genius Christian "Beat" Hirt (the man behind the Enormous Tunes productions) uses when creating these deep house bass sounds. Would also be nice if someone can create the presets also .

1) lowpass filter enveloped square + sine. Edit: scrap it. Once the filter opens up it sounds like FM.
2) FM. You can probably get similar in Massive. Again, mess with lowpass filter envelope.

Pretty much any FM synth with lowpass filter envelope will do.

FM is what you are after, but guess some wavetable could do it too, if we are talking synths you mentioned, than Spire and Massive.

I would encourage you to try MUX, among everything it offers, there's nice factory preset called "Pronounced Bass" that you would like, it's in Factory Presets>Instruments>Bass

 

You could check the ES2 presets in Logic.Also the Arturia moog etc.

 

It's like Nu Pump/Donk/Bamboo bass, but modern...look for presets for spire/sylenth1/massive - deep future house especially.
Look my recent thread "How to make 90's Pump/Bamboo bass" here, one guy there said there is DONK MACHINE 2 (free) with a lot of presets like that, you can simply do that with this VSTi
