I'd say it sounds like a sinewave with a very tiny amount of sawtooth wave mixed with it.
At the first part of the song it's sinewave only. Sawtooth is added when when full instrumentation begins.
Both OSC are tuned to the exact same frequency.
Almost any synth can do it.
(It's especially easy on a Moog synth where you can use one OSC and crossfade seamlessly between sine and sawtooth)
