Help with R2R EzDrummer

    Using R2R for Toontrack, and I'm generating a serial code by clicking the barcode thing and then I'm entering my computer id that EzDrummer is giving me, and the R2R program is saying my computer id is invalid. I also have been trying to find a rsa-1024 file aswell just in case (both online and on my computer) and cannot find one. Can someone help me?
