As I sayd, it seems specific to MAC, as I I have any library added and stable in windows, only with nicnt file.

This shit maybe has something to do with altered permission rights since OS X 10.7.
I read somewhere, that these old libraries have a problem with getting read/write permisssions for the Mac library folders.
I changed permission rights of these folders, without success.

However, i gave it up, after I started getting gray hair from it.

Guys, i still can't really believe it myself: i have found the clue !!! :dancing:

I know now, how to make it, so that these old libraries with .nks suffix remain permanently visible (and of course working) in Kontakt's library rack on OS X. *yes*

Please give me a few hours, to verify the process with some more libraries, to write it all down for you,
and to prepare some Demo files, so you can do it yourself.

Each of these libraries has their own unique fixed SNPID number, that's why it doesn't work with any self-created number.

I don't know why only the Mac guys have to know the exact number to make it work, while on Windows you can create your own to registrate the old shit.
However, If you know this specific number of each library, everything else is a child's play.

What finally leads to success, was a combination of the new nicnt method and the old method and knowing the right number.
