Help with iLok please

    Hi guys,

    I subscripted to Slate Digital All Pass Bundle today. 6 hours ago. I downloaded all the bundle. But when i try to open my Daw, iLok alerts me to can't authorize the plugins and i get error for each plug-in.

    And i am looking to screen like what is going on? My cloud session is open and i can see the bundle there. What you think? 1.png 2.jpg

    Do you have it blocked by your firewall? Have you rebooted already?

    Have you installed the latest version of ilok license manager? I got a similar message with Sonnox Claro and solved it by updating ilok license manager.

    I believe that some products of that brand require ilokcloud activation and internet connection to work.

    I have internet connection already. And my licence manager is updated. I have Pro Tools subscription and works fine. I don't understand.

    Note: iLok Cloud authorization is strictly available for the Slate Digital All Access Pass and Fresh Air licenses. All other perpetual and demo licenses require a physical iLok 2 or 3 dongle.

    The truth is : iLok Cloud server was down.
    You need an dongle.
    Many PT users are complaining about this yesterday.

    I have never had problem with PT yesterday. I sent a ticked to iLok today. I wish, day will return tomorrow :(

    Problem solved when i changed iLok cloud mode to Automatic
