    Hey!

Just build my new pc and today I connected my yamaha hs7 speakers. I hear white and electric (buzz) noises. They are connected trough external sound card. I have been using them before with my notebook and never had problem with that. So it must be problem with my new PC. I already installed driver, also reinstalled, tried windows update, switched usb hubs, but still have issues. Can somebody help me please?

    Thanks!

You may want to write a more explicit title if you want to receive more help...
Also, this is not a software problem, so changed to the right category.

Additional infos about the soundcard, hard and software routing would be helpful.

I suppose you either messed up the hardware cabling, or your interface isn't recognized/selected as a sound device.
    Or the Scarlett is broken.

It might be a faulty soundcard, but try installing an older driver pack for Scarlett.
Also try changing the USB cable you connect from the Scarlett to your PC.

I had this issue with my RME UFX II, tried everything imaginable except changing the USB cable and that fixed the problem in the end.

    Hope this helps!

    Cheers

PC was build by company, I have also problem with two usb ports, if i connect mouse or keyboard it dissconeting every few seconds, maybe they messed up something, pc always recognized it, it was also always selected and showing, scarlett cant be broken because i can still connect it to previous notebook and it working fine...

That could mean indeed that something is messed up with the wiring inside the PC, specifically with the USB connections that can usually be found on the bottom of the motherboard.

But firstly, try to eliminate everything suggested in the comments so far.

So, the Scarlett and the monitors are working and you know how to set them up. That is an important info.
Conclusion, the problem must be the PC.
Did you try a different USB mode in the BIOS?

@No Avenger Yup, it very well could be the faulty USB ports on the PC.

You should most definitely have more USB ports at the back besides those two that might be faulty.
Try disconnecting everything that is connected via any USB and just connecting your Scarlett to the port other than those two possibly faulty ones.

Maybe even to the USB ports at the front of the PC if you have them, they're usually wired by a separate cable to the motherboard so this should help even in just figuring out what USB ports might be faulty.

you are most likely picking up noise from your power supply, mainboard etc. make sure to use balanced cables to connect to your speakers, that should solve the problem ( TRS to XLR or TRS - TRS )
