    Bro, even if your C/C++ skills are kinda rusty, your vibe when it comes to helping out is just awesome! :mates:

    You figured out how the libraries get saved and that the only things that really matter are the library name and the order. So yeah, Kontakt LibOrganizer is a pretty handy tool, but it’s up to the user to always keep a backup of the key ❝HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Native Instruments, just in case you need to format your system or deal with some weird registry bug (note to self! :rofl:)

    You're too kind :wink::cheers:
    But the truth is that it isn't anybody's fault but the KLOrganizer developer. @bobdule confirmed it's a bug.

    PS. BTW, just after I posted my earlier post this forum went down for me. Also Saturday night IIRC. Anyone else?

    Hmmm... wait a min. I think the bug importing backups (.klo files) may have an easy workaround.

    When you import a backup, the save button doesn't activate so you can not save the changes.
    But if you make one change it does. For instance unchecking (hiding) one lib and then checking it again.

    Then save and live the dream. Can't be that easy... or can it?
    I only have 3 libs installed at the moment but, well, if anyone can test it...
