HELP! issue while installing most new mac apps

    Im having this issue when trying to install a lot of new programs updates, the message is always the same
    hi im getting this when i try to copy the file into applications ... any idea ? thanks
    this is following the instructions from the sister sites ... any idea ?
    im on m1 12.6.6 monterey
    thanks!

    The Finder can’t complete the operation because some data in “xxxxxxxxx” can’t be read or written.
    (Error code -36)
