ok im looking very hard to find this one tune

it sounds like the The Magnificent Seven Theme with a Stripes theme rhythm

but its more solo violin at the intro

its been used in commercials for food or restaurants or maybe a car commercial

the violins are fast and they are clean

its sort of an america frontier stage coach kinda theme music

but its done in a classical orchestral sound

im banging my head on the desk

its kinda of well known but i just cant find it

the main part is violins mixed with woodwinds

gives the feeling of open range or discovery

    uuuuurrfghuuuuuuhuhhuhuhu

please help give it a shot

It's Seems that you describe original work of designer is called Custom Sound When designer or composer design his signature sound
the only way is to know what the sounds contain (like violin wind and try to make your own sounds that is almost same sound as you heard
if he uses virtual instruments = (I doubt that)
you will have a shot But if he is working in linear mode you will have a hard time making the same sound As he did unless you have Real Instruments

Post A YouTube video or any other example so it will making it easy to help you get that sound :)
