    The title says it all,
It's my first time to finally run a recording session
off my very first DAW, which is Cubase LE 5.
For the past days while I'm still on tutorial
it's in a really pretty good run...

    SUDDENLY!
    IT SLOWED DOWN EVERYTHING! :((
Including the projects I did while I was watching tutorials,
I didn't do a single thing on it, suddenly it pitched down everything...
Even my vst's are pitched down, my audio inputs are pitched down
I haven't tried recording again though, I might get way way more frustrations...
However it's not on the export audio as well, coz' I exported my tutorial projects earlier
and they seem to come out clean...

Basically it pitched down every single damn thing inside...
    I can't record a track, I can't do anything...
Re-installing is just the final option I have
but before re-installing I remembered I haven't asked out here...
Google hasn't been very helpful again... :(

PLEASE I HOPE YOU COULD HELP ME ON THIS ONE GUYS

TAKE NOTE: It's not on my interface that has the problem which is LEXICON ALPHA... I've confirmed this because it's not having the same problem on FL Studio...
My Sample rate has never changed, ever since I began... I started at a high sample and bit rate...

    FL - 48KHz / 24bit
    Cubase LE 5 - 48KHz / 24bit

    ONE LOVE
    GOOD VIBES

Hey it's surely a sampling rate issue! I don't think it's kubase fault.. look at your soundcard, drivers etc.. :snuffy: :snuffy:

I found a quick solution, but I still don't get it...
Everytime I open, it's like that everything is slowed down,
but when I go to my Device Setup and hit reset...
It's back to normal, and it even changes nothing...
My sample rate and bit rates are still the same, and even
the sample rate of the Lexicon Alpha is still the same...
I wonder what could've been causing it...
I have big doubts on the sample rate issue,
specially that weird thing doesn't happen on my FL nor with Ableton and Reason...
    Pretty odd though... O.o :dunno:

    Yeah. It's a clock/sample rate issue.
Sounds like your project is set to 48 but your system and audio i/o is running at 44.1.
Sometimes it gets stuck like that.
    Try resetting everything and rebooting.

Exactly what I've tried to do...
But I guess it's just a temporary solution...
