Used it just yesterday for sampling stuff into my sample library I'm accustomed to my workflow for over a decade: -make a selection -press CTRL+E to export the sample -next I often sample from movies with it, from vlc player through the ASIO Link Pro Tool. @Olymoon I never did anything with the mixer And.. just checked and I can make it smaller, but not bigger..
No doubt it has it's issues and niggles. the interface is a bit weird for me, it doesn't seem intuitive to me, but that's a personal thing. i have customiszed it enough now that i can zoom around pretty smoothly. I DO believe it sounds fantastic and for audio it's as good as anything, it's only the midi which still seems a little behind the times. also, bezier curves for automation would be nice : ) repear has just implimented some new stuff like making and saving automation as clips which i had a play with a few days ago and i am sorely tempted to jump ship. i am such a software whore... still love sam to pieces though...
I moved to Samplitude when Presonus released Studion One 3 and I wasn't happy with it. Samplitude is my main DAW now. For Mixing: I'd like to check Adobe Audition.
