@skeltoid your method works great. I also used 7zip to extract the files and tried it on both Windows 10 and 11. I didn't have any problems. Thanks.

In case anyone wants to know, there are a total of 45 expansions in the download. 40 of them are .dmg files and 5 of them are in regular folders. Out of the total 45 expansions I only needed 18 of them because I already had the others installed. Here's how I installed them...

    - How to extract and install any of the 40 expansions that are DMG files...
1 - Right-click on the .dmg expansion file or files you want and use 7zip to extract them to their own folder.
2 - For each folder made, open it and find the .pkg file. Right-click on it and use 7zip to extract it.
3 - Find the new file that was created labeled Payload. Right-click on it and use 7zip to extract it to it's own folder.
4 - To install the expansion you need to copy/move the contents from the Payload folder and the Heatup Library folder.
5 - Find the existing Heatup Library folder on your computer and copy/move the contents of the new one into it.
6 - Display Hidden Items and go to the C:\Users\%USERNAME%\AppData\Roaming\IgniteVST\HeatUp3 folder.
7 - Open the extracted Payload folder and find the Heatup3 folder. Copy it's contents to the Heatup3 folder in the last step.
    - Done

    - How to extract and install any of the 5 exapansions that are in folders...
1 - Open the folder for the expansion you want and right-click on the .heatupExp file and use 7zip to extract it.
2 - To install the expansion you need to copy/move all of the files that were just extracted.
3 - Find the existing Heatup Library folder on your computer and copy/move everything except .heatupExp file and HeatUp3 folder.
4 - Display Hidden Items and go to the C:\Users\%USERNAME%\AppData\Roaming\IgniteVST\HeatUp3 folder.
3 - Open the HeatUp3 folder and copy/move its contents to the Heatup3 folder in the last step.
    - Done

Thx @skeltoid your guide works perfect (Windows 10 & Windows 11):mates:The Same can be done with new Windows Libraries with .heatupeExp just unzip with 7 Zip and place the Files like in @skeltoid guide so that there is no need to import the bank every time when reinstalling the system just import the presets etc. and point out your Folder Location done.

Can someone explain to me how the new R2R release works with the old expansions that you needed to install (exe) because you can import .heatupexp data but the ones that worked in 3.4 release don't work in the new 3.6 anymore and the new library isn't showing up either

Just unzip the .heatupexp with 7 Zip and place the Files from the unzipped .pkg file like mentioned in @skeltoid guide to C:\Users\computername\AppData\Roaming\IgniteVST\HeatUp3 and the Library Files to your Heatup Library Folder.

By the Way the R2R Release is just the Keygen the Plugin Installation itself is unmodified. But i stay with the 3.5.4 Version as the 3.6.0 did changes with importing. There is no Expansion until now which requires a higer Version than 3.5.0 .

Thanks I actually found that out too by using trial and error. I tried to manually change the path in some of the files that are in the igniteVST folder by just opening them and somehow it triggered the plugin to ask where my existing library was the next time i opened it and then it just worked. I used the newest legit version (prob 3.5.0 too) from their site with the R2R initial audio keygen.

Thanks for you help though I really appreciate it and maybe it'll help someone else who encounters the same issue.

Hello, I recently formatted the PC and now I can't get heat up to read my expansions when it did before, any ideas what I can do?
It was installed on disk "c" and I had "heatup library" on disk "f", but when I open vst and locate the folder it does not read the expansions
