The biggest difference between this and other hip-hop oriented sample packs is that we added different hits from the same drum articulation - e.g 3 closed and 2 open hi-hats sampled from the same song from vinyl. We don't believe other producers do this that often.
Check out the demos below. We really want you to listen to these kicks and snares hitting hard. We didn’t process them on these demos – no eq, no buss compressor, no sidechain compressor, no limiting, no nothing. That’s exactly the sound you get out of this sample pack, but you might want to turn your volume up a bit since there’s no limiting applied.
