Are you talking about material or emotional jealousy?

If emotional, then express your complaints truthfully and without malice but only if it'll make a difference. Otherwise, brush it off and get on with useful stuff, 'cos you really can't fix other people's inadequacies or hurtful vulgarities. If they are aware that their behaviour upsets you, yet still persist, do you still really want to associate with them? If so, then perhaps you need to assess your own sense of worth...

Jalousy is usually a projection of your own fear and insecurity on others peoples, it's not about what the other person do but about what you think she could do.

Change the word "jalous" by "insecure" and start to work on self confidance, and focus on thing you can control.

dealing with it is really hard it takes so much time and life experiences to finally realize that we all struggle and have our own insecurities and how detrimental it is to compare yourself with a distorted imaginary picture you created for other people

Basically its the view in the mirror you are trying to Mask with something Externally!
It has nothing to do with the External.

Whenever I was (kind of) jealous of someone /something, in the long run it turned out to be nonsense.
What is given to me from nature fits with me and having too many goods brings many new worries.

This leads me to my motto: Be careful what you wish for it might come true.

If a person can be objective for themselves and to themselves, you only need to ask yourself what you want in a relationship of any kind. Do you want the freedom to associate with whomever you wish be that Male or Female? Do you value your independence? Do you want to hang with your friends occasionally and socialise? Do you want to share your life and not be dominated by someone else?

If you answered yes to some of these or all of these, the objectivity is very straight ahead. In order to attract someone like this you must also be fully prepared to give your partner the identical qualities of life. It is completely unreasonable to expect them to give you the same if you do not for them.
Do your trust them? If you do not then why are you there? If there is no trust, there is no relationship full-stop and it's dead in the water. Maybe not now but later yes. Jealousy kills any relationship eventually, especially if it is persistent.

I've never been much of a jealous guy, though I did have a relationship with a very (very) wealthy woman who was...very. She wanted to marry me but I just walked away from that out of a sense of personal freedom. What I realized was that jealousy is rooted in both insecurity and a deep seated need to be in control of a relationship. If you wish to explore those two areas they might be a good place to start.

so without having such experience, what i understand she loved u a lot....wasn't her being jealous kind of exciting for you also? maybe at the start? like "she cares about you" kind of thing....

did it turn to such point that it became a burden?

or did u really just not want to settle down with her

It became just too much to deal with, a real and much too heavy a burdon for me to bear. I couldn't be myself any more and had to watch what I said and how I behaved and needed to censor myself continuously. One holiday we flew to Maui with her daughter and her boyfriend, and while in a large jacuzzi I found myself in conversation with a newly married couple on their honeymoon, and when she saw that I was speaking to the young woman even though her husband was right there next to her she totally freaked out on me. Her daughter thank goodness was able to talk her down. As soon as we returned to LA I packed up my things and left. She was a mess and I tried the best I could but she was in a very dark place and wouldn't try to understand her motivations which in turn prompted her to foment that reality or to seek some help to find a differentway to be.
