Great a Bass section !!!

    I figure everything from repairs, concepts, ideas, styles, genres, techniques, grooves and feels, ideas, what to do, what not to do, instrument and synth preferences and playing with bass synths.....so on and so forth will be here.

    Yes, this section is for bass players. We can exchange tips and tricks for care, and for sound too.

    Greatness like genius or mediocrity seems to ultimately come down to opinion... but we can certainly aspire to be in one of the more positive goals :winker:

    Big kudos to Olymooon for starting this though. some great things should come from it for all of us.

    I play with a painful case of Dequervain's syndrome of my fretting hand. My tip for others with the same condition, kinesiology tape. Even for bass players without the condition, this tape works wonders. It safeguards against further injury whilst strengthening the wrist/thumb joint and tendon.
