Granular synth like this example? (See attached file)

    How can I make the effect of speeding up like in the file I attached below?

    That's just the end loop point being modulated/shortened. You can use any sampler to create that.

    Throw a chord or stab into a sampler and set it to loop, then move the end-point around. Basically the same way Swedish House Mafia made this, but with a kick:

    take a synth of your choice and compose the wanted timbre. modulate the volume with an LFO. a curved saw wave will do the job if you want that "pluck".

    Than speed up the lfo from 1/4 to max (automated in daw).

    Not quite the same result as loop end modulation in a sampler. But close.

    How to change end of the loop? automation in my daw? I use Kontakt, EXS24 (Logic's native sampler) and Nuance by New Sonic Arts

    Yes. Automate it or modulate it (and record the modulations).
    Or you can assign an LFO or an envelope to "loop end point" (or loop end or whatever the parameter is called in each sampler you are using).
    Any way you see fit.
