    WTF>!>!>

how did i miss this story?!?!? this was basically an outright attack on the First Amendment

the kid is an aspiring rapper and posted lyrics on this facebook page that basically boasted that the boston bombing has got nothin on the damage that he will do when he makes it big...basic rapper boasting and bragging... like "i drop bombs like hiroshima" <---- QUICK THE RAPPER HAS A NUCLEAR BOMB!!!!!!!!~ ARREST HIM!!!!!

    QUOTE
"We should never allow tragedies to limit rights," says Greer,(ACLU spokesman) who believes that authorities over-reacted in the wake of the recent violence in Boston. "It doesn't actually make us safer."

    QUOTE
"The high school student has been held in jail since then without bail."

The kid was arrested on May 2nd and article written on June 6th: OVER A MONTH IN JAIL WITH NO BAIL FOR WRITING LYRICS

    WTF!!!?!??!

sure the grand jury wisely declined to indict him... But America is Hypnotized by the spectre of impending "Terrorism" so much that they jailed this poor high school kid for NOTHING

There was a recent story that baffled me and is so indicative of what this country is becoming. A guy had a picture of a kid on his computer and somehow it set off alarms at Verizon. They sent police over to his house, they took his computer and he got arrested. The picture wasn't remotely kiddie porn but he got in trouble anyway because for some reason their filters picked it up. Sickening.
