Ok I'm writing this in hopes of others opinions or advice.I did a google search of L3V1T@T3 to see if I can find my soundcloud easily on google.
Now here's the weird part.I found a track I made a week ago on another music site and I didn't add it or put it there.Site/link in question

Now I emailed the site as I had a few of my peolple instantly ask me "You want me to hack their site?" I said no it's free promo and I didn't have to lift a finger.They don't deserve negative backlash.But I'm curious on everyone's opinion on this.I'm kinda cool with it because well the site says 0 day in the name and it's underground.But I'm so curious who posted it/put it on there? *yes*

The other thing is it appears they mastered it even further,it's louder and clearer than what I posted on soundcloud.Is that just their player? Or did someone master it further? Either way it sounds great! I just kinda feel slightly taken back,I'm not sure how I should feel about it.How the heck did it get there? Does someone just like me and decided to promo me? I'm just confused,as I said I'm not mad,it's free promo and I didn't have to do a thing.I'm kinda flattered.But yeah,please if you could,let me know what yall think?

I compared the 2 pieces and couldn't hear so much differences!
In the one on 0dayhotmusic the basses sound slightly better.
It's known that Soundcloud reduces the sound quality drastically.
Nowadays mastering has become a much easier game……
I wouldn't mind too much about that kind of free distribution,
as long it doesn't bother you really.

 

Soundcloud default sound level is a bit reduced. Maybe you should turn it up to maximum.
Soundcloud mp3 compression is at 128kbps. That explains why it sounds shitty.

Ok,sweet! Thanks Kookaboo & Baxter! I totally didn't see that.I didn't read the dmca thing,I didn't really feel violated,and as most of you know I don't exactly agree with DMCA. The other weird thing is,why is it just that track and not others? I think the track I made a few hrs after that one and posted was hotter,it least that's what I've been told.I like all my tracks about the same.Each one is prevalent to what I was feeling at that moment...

Now I really feel flattered.But my play count really doesn't reflect it being popular at all.

 

Hi, I've been diggin their site, it seems that they are only using streaming, so what you hear there is the piece you posted on Soundcloud.
In their code, there is

this means that they don't host nothing, they integrate sound cloud into their site.

Normaly they should have ask you permission to do that.
