Global Loudness Standards

    Anyone can explain me:

    - What are they ??

    - Wich one is suitable for music for radio in North America ??

    - What level should i get ( or what and where should i read ) ??

    It depends if you produce music, or work at a radio station..

    When first: I would conform to the 'Mastered for iTunes' spec.
    When second: Analog radio station-levels are still based on PPM values, Digital radio (DAB) is conforming to the new loudness specs.
    Internet-radio, podcasts and stuff for mobile devices is allowed to be louder (-17 lufs)

    Although, it seems to me that some (minor) Info can be found through these Articles, as for instance :
