I recently upgraded from High Sierra to macOS Catalina in order to not get locked out of future Logic Pro X updates. So I bought a used GTX 760 which is compatible with Catalina for my Hackintosh.

After I installed Maschine 2.9.0 and fixed my USB issues I connected my Maschine MK1 but it just wouldn't turn on and was not selectable as a Device in the Hardware Section of Maschine's Preferences.

So I had a look at NI Supoort Forum and found this Info:

"IMPORTANT NOTE: macOS 10.15 terminates the operability of some NI legacy hardware. This includes MASCHINE MK1, AUDIO 2 / 4 / 8 DJ and TRAKTOR S4 / X1 MK1."

Bummer. But I didn't hasitate and downloaded the latest available Maschine Controller Driver from N.I.: Maschine_Controller_280_Mac

The installer said installation failed but a few seconds later Maschine just turned on and worked as usual.
