Get rid off eletric current or static noise from amp?

    Hey guys,so, I have a amp that is too old so it doesnt have an ground pin, I am wondering if is there anyway to get rid of that current sound, like and air sound at 8khz/14khz

    Izotope RX (last version is 8 but older versions had this feature too) is incredibly accurate at this task.Use the De-noise module with the 'Learn' function if I remember correctly.Basically the plugin 'listens' a region of your audio clip where you are not playing your instrument but there is just remaining the undesired noise.

    Its a cool plugin but I dont think your understood my question
    My amplifier (that my monitors are connected) produce a bssssss sound (noise) from eletrical current, so I cant process the noise, because its coming from the amplifier
