Geist Free Note Length?

    Hi guys,
    I was messing around with Geist and faced a feature that I don't know how it got activated!
    I loaded a preset and suddenly I was able to move the length of notes freely! Can anyone tell me how to activate such feature? Because whenever I load other presets all the notes are snapped to grid.
    I attached the picture for you to see.
    BTW, does this feature exist in Geist 2?

    Works in both. In the pads/layer settings, playback mode : gated or looping (by default for drums it's in one shot). The length then become editable in the sequencer. And well looping is fun.
    Ideal for non-drums samples and couldn't live without it.
