    Each time I have faced to a problem during Pro Tools start, it was caused by a plugin.

    I've found this with google, it might help you....(from m-audio forum)
    * Go to your Start menu and click on Computer.
    * Double-click on the C: drive.
    * Double-click on Program Files.
    * Go to the Common Files folder.
    * Go to the Digidesign folder.
    * Go to the DAE folder.
    * Right-click on the DAE Prefs folder and delete it.
    * Go back to your C: drive.
    * Double-click on Users.
    * Double-click on your user name.
    * Go to the AppData folder.
    * NOTE: If the Appdata is not showing, click on Organize and choose 'Folder and Search Options'.
    * Click on the View tab.
    * Select 'Show Hidden Files and Folders'.
    * Click Apply and OK. AppData should now be viewable.
    * Go to the Roaming folder.
    * Right-click on the Digidesign folder and delete it.

    @ The-RoBoT LOL sad but true :rofl:

    @ James Producer, first welcome on audiosex :mates:

    There's no screenshot in your post, and that copy paste of the error is a bit messy :grooves:

    I know well PT on Mac, anyway I know for sure that that DFW.dll causing problems is the framework responsible
    for all user interaction. Not to get technical, when you hit a shortcut it gets processed by that framework that then call the main framework
    to perform required actions. In PT10 crack we (actually, the friend who cracked it) had to patch in memory that framework to fix the ilok checks on CMD+F shortcut
    amongst other pseudo-random checks and those callled by user action. If you can access a working install of PT, try to just copy that file and replace it on your machine.

    Anyway, legit or warez, just to know ? I never looked into win crack but if CMD+F works its cause they patched that DFW.dll too (TeamVR right?).
